Participants will present their papers on emerging technologies, groundbreaking research, and innovative solutions across various domain.
DOMAINS: 1. Robotics,2. Cyber Security, 3. AR/VR, 4. AI/ML/DL, 5. Automation, 6. Business Intelligence, 7. Environmental management, 8. NanoTechnology, 9. Biomedical, 10. Electical and Electronics, 11. Telecommunication, 12. Healthcare, 13. Image and video analytics, 14. Aeronautical and 15. Computer Vision.
Team Size: Each team can contain a maximum of 3 members.
Registered participants/teams can submit a paper title and a one-page write-up document.
Teams are encouraged to submit their projects in video format which must be a maximum of 1 minute of final summary (optional).
Top 10 teams will be scrutinized based on their presentation.
The selected teams will receive confirmation mail on 18-02-2025. The selected teams will receive a problem statement along with their confirmation mail.
The final round will be offline on the day of the symposium.
Selected teams of round 1 proceeded to the 2nd phase of the competition.
The teams should present their project through PPT based on the problem statement given.

The PPT must contain a maximum of 10 slides.
The slide should contain the team name, team member's name, college name, domain, and problem statement.
Each team will get 10 minutes for their presentation of the paper followed by a Q&A session for 2-3 minutes
Evaluation criteria are clarity, innovation, and relevance to the field.
A panel of expert judges evaluates each presentation and the decision will be final.
The top 2 best presentations will be awarded exciting cash prizes
